Trainings
Body Movement in the Contact Border
In this training the participant will develop the skills to recognize the Principles of the Human Relational Movement, and also to intervene in correspondence, within the psychotherapeutic set.
This training is based on interdisciplinary researches on the development of corporal-relational movement patterns in our first years of life and the way these patterns operate as dysfunctional in our present relationships.
These patterns of body movement are the foundation and shape all our interactions with the world, but most of the time they remain outside of our reflective consciousness. Being aware of these patterns allow us to give more enriched meanings to our experiences, it also facilitates us to act and respond in more efficient ways, more human ways, in our environment, resulting in gaining more awareness of their function and dysfunction, therefore new possibilities of repertoire, which were not available, are opened.
To update our corporeal dynamics means to fill our relationships with vitality, to feel and be felt, and to give a true meaning to our life.
The training is divided into two phases: in the first phase (1st semester) the esthetic skills are developed, meaning, sensorial skills necessary to recognize the basic relational movements. In the second phase (1st semester) the therapeutic intervention skills are developed, which facilitate the actualization of the present relational experience.
