Therapy Options

Taking therapy is a deep personal experience. It is a healthy option for people who are "suffering" or "enduring" something they have not been able to overcome despite their best efforts. Psychotherapy offers a space of relief for each particular suffering. Psychotherapy is a process of deep self-knowledge not only at a cognitive level, but at an emotional and relational one that offers the possibility of integrating the thinking, the emotion and the action in a creative and functional way, in favor of a more fulfilled lifestyle.

It is also the opportunity for us to adapt the past in such a way that it allows to understand it and to carry out healthier and more functional actions in the present with the sensation of a safe future.

Couple therapy

Couples are going through difficult times, therefore they need to have a safe space, where both participants can communicate their needs and feelings openly and without the fear of being attacked or criticized, to explore being listened and to be open to listen as well. A space that facilitates creating new ways of going through the conflicts constructively and generating fruitful dialogues in order to leave behind the discussions that only hurt and destroy.

The wish to explore other areas of growth also may lead to have a couple therapy, for example the wish to strengthen the bonds of friendship in love, to improve and deepen the communication. Therapy is even useful for friends who want to explore another level of relationship and /or closeness between them.
