I am psychotherapist, teacher, clinical trainer and group organizer.

For over 15 years I have dedicated myself to private psychotherapeutic practice, as well as to the training and supervision of professionals in psychotherapy in Mexico City, Ecuador, the United States, Italy, and Canada.

My professional training has been guided, among others, by Dr. Myriam Muñoz Polit, founder and rector of HIGP in Mexico (Humanist Institute of Gestalt Psychotherapy); by PhD. Ruella Frank, founder and director of the "Center for Somatic Studies" in New York; by Mark Taylor, Director of BodyMind Movement in Pittsburg; by Dan Bloom, leading figure of the global contemporary gestalt therapy that has been several times president of the Association for the Progress of Gestalt Psychotherapy (APGT).

I am a member of the HIGP in Mexico City, as well as a faculty member at the Center for Somatic Studies in New York. I have also given workshops and courses in several cities in Mexico and Ecuador, I have even been a speaker at international conferences in the United States and in Italy.

As a Gestalt Therapist I was trained at the Humanist Institute of Gestalt Psychotherapy in Mexico City, graduated in 2003. I also have certification as a teacher of training in "Development Somatic Psychotherapy" created by Ruella Frank. In 2013 I obtained the certification of "Somatic Movement Educator" by Mark Taylor, director of the Bodymind Movement.

I got a College degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Degree in Marketing from the Technological University of Mexico. I worked on these fields in different corporate offices before dedicating myself completely to Psychotherapy.
